How do I reschedule a confirmed booking?
Open the booking card in your dashboard, choose 'Suggest new time', and select alternate slots. The customer receives an SMS/WhatsApp prompt to approve. If they do not respond within 2 hours, call the priority line and we will assist.
When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed every Tuesday and Friday. Bookings completed before 23:59 IST on the previous day are included. Track upcoming transfers from Earnings → Upcoming payouts.
A customer marked me as no-show. What should I do?
Raise a ticket within 12 hours from the Bookings page. Attach proof of arrival (call log, GPS screenshot). Our dispute team reviews within one business day.
